re: Coffey
Hi Tanya. I remember seeing Coffey on the request list. I was in Section E and found a lot of Coffeys that I photographed. I am wondering if they are all related and if you are interested in them and will create a memorial:

Frank 9/13/1869-9/17/1960
Susan 1/1/1876-9/10/1955
George 1895-1940

3 on one stone:
Eugene 1908-1985
Josephine 1911-1969
Frank W. 1935-1997

3 on one stone:
Harold 1910-1982
Baby Robert 5/22/1943-5/26
Wanda 1913-2008

Let me know. Have a great day.

RE: David Coffey grave photo
Hi! I am not related. While photographing other Coffey graves at this cemetery I saw the David Coffey grave. The coloring of the first photos posted is way off, and it looks like it is wet. It also seemed strange that they posted two photos as one. So I posted a more correct photo. I hope you have a great holiday tomorrow! Ace

RE: Van Cleef Home
Thanks Tanya.

Are you aware that I wrote a couple books on our Van Cleave/Cleve/Cleef/et al family?
Volume I, from Jan Van Cleef to Aaron Van Cleave, the various New England states branches.
Volume II, from Aaron to the present, the Kentucky branches.
Volume III, my David Van Cleave branch.
Volume IV, an addendium to volume II and III.
Volume V, an addendium to all the previous volumes.

Volumes I, III and IV are out of print.
Volume V, has yet to be printed.
Volume II, I still have copies of.

Hi Tanya,

Email membership to the family site you're creating would be fine with me. There is another Van Cleave site:*

MyFamily ( is being closed and this Van Cleave site is being transfered to another hoste, and I think the address is:

More on that later. But take a look at the original MyFamily Van Cleave site before it is closed on September 1st.

Josef Kolitsch

My name is Klaus Kolitsch and by accident I came across their page at Find My Grave. That's a very mysterious story of Joseph Kolitsch aka George Miller. My father grew up in the neighboring town of Bärringen, the birthplace of Joseph Kolitsch senior. I registered on this portal to communicate with you. There are many descendants in Wisconsin and what information you have on the ancestry of Joseph K.

Many greetings from Germany
Klaus Kolitsch

RE: Anna Lennon Coffey and husband David Daniel Coffey's memorials
FIND A GRAVE will delete duplicate memorials. They go by who created the memorial first.

RE: Eugene Phipps
I hope so too! For years I was out of touch with my Broberg cousins until I found them on Facebook (which surprised me because they are all older than me). It might be worth a shot to check there.

I hope you can connect with your cousins!

RE: Eugene Phipps
I am delighted that my photos have been able to help you! I have been keeping my eyes peeled for the Phipps name and am pleased to tell you that every single Phipps that has a memorial on Find-A-Grave now has a headstone photo.

Happy Hunting!!
