Find a grave is such a wonderful site! I'm always humbled and amazed at the generosity of genealogy volunteers. I've been helped so much in my family history quest by "strangers" and I always strive to "pay it forward" to other "strangers".
I am researching the following surnames: ~Brady (Philadelphia/Atlantic City) ~Morselander/Moslander/Moselander (South NJ) ~Kidd (Wisconsin/Tioga County, NY) ~Peaslee (Wisconsin) ~Austin (Upstate NY-Tioga/Wyoming/Erie Counties) ~Golden (Upstate NY-Tioga County) ~Moan (Philadelphia) ~Kearney/Carney (Philadelphia) ~Spangler (PA) ~Auer (PA and Upstate NY)
I am able and willing to take photos in the Orlando, FL area. Can do Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.
Dear Ancestor
Your tombstone stands among the rest; In this field of green. The name and date are chiseled out For all the world to see.
It reaches out to all who care It is too late to mourn. You did not know that I'd exist, You died long before I was born.
Yet we are of one, you and I, In flesh, in blood, in bone. Our blood contracts and beats a pulse Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the life you lived One hundred years ago Spreads out among the ones you left Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved, I wonder if you knew That someday I would find this spot, And come to visit you.

 | RE: Minnie Bailey (Kidd) I photographed the Osseo Cemt. several years ago, but I don't have a photo of her stone. I typed all the death and burial permits for the cemetery and that's how I obtained the information. There are several other Baileys in the cemetery buried next or near to Minnie, are they related? | RE: Peaslee-Elk Creek Cemetery I will add the other spelling of the name to the site. This is how my great grandfather always spelled his last name and it is in the records that I have as the way it is spelled. I have seen it spelled Peaslee in some listings. I will add the other spelling. for you.Added by Marsha on Jul 09, 2011 4:10 PM | | | Mike Bell
