I started doing a family tree via this website when my sister Debbie Tillotson was murdered Jan 14th, 2010. SUSAN HILL DAVIS, member 46617720 had added her memorial, and she gladly transferred it to me. Then I had my fathers memorial transferred to me and it went from there. I mainly have family members added, although I have added some old friends of the family from my mother and grandmothers scrap books (plus an incomplete family genealogy). If I have made any mistakes, or you have information you want to share, or family memorials transferred to you, please do not hesitate to contact me. I can do photo requests for any Saint Petersburg cemetery, but please, not Tampa. Thank you, Nancy
Draper-Atwood Line I found something interesting while researching my Atwood-Draper line. Lewis Draper married Della Atwood. Della Atwood was the sister to John Atwood, who married Carrie Draper, Lewis Draper's niece.
John and Carrie were my great-grandparents via their son Daniel. In any case.. it makes us cousins, twice!
Delphine Draper nee Atwood Thank you so much for posting the photos of your great grandmother. It was wonderful to catch a glimpse of where we come from, looking at the face of our great grand aunt. Our line descended from her brother John Atwood and his wife Carrie Draper.
Many of us are here in Texas, two sets of cousins from the Atwood line ended up here by chance and have reconnected. If you have any more photos to share, please do! We will be posting some as we find them as well.
80826070 Sarah Church Lamphier Hello, This is my first experience with Find A Grave. I was delighted to see #17797073, Benjamin A. Lamphier, located in Schenck Hill Cemetery, Steuben Co., NY and a picture of his grave. I believe his is in my ancestral line. The record was established by Jack Lamphier.
You show Sarah Church Lamphier, 80826070 in the same cemetery. Is there an actual cemetery record for Sarah Church Lamphier? Is there an actual stone erected for her?
How were you able to find the birth information for Sarah Church Lamphier? Is it in the cemetery records?
Thanks so much helping me with this. And thank you for all your hard work.
RE: Steuben county historian obituaries I have found out that the hard way. I am very tired of all the corrections and emails that I have received telling me they are buried in a different cemetery. Then to put them in another cemetery to find out I now have a duplicate and need to delete my entry. Not counting all the memorials I have entered in the wrong cemetery. Your Friend, Stuart
