Shot the photo you requested today. When the markers are very old and worn by the sun, I first rub them with mineral oil-they photograph better. I also angled the shot so you could see there is a bouquet of flowers. | | | Amorifera

Hi! I have looked for this marker on 2 visits to Vista Memorial, 10/15 and 10/16. They gave me a map covering the "general" areas of the entire place, since I'm a volunteer photographer for this zip code. So, although I know Mr.Carrera is buried in "Polaris (double depth) place 8, space 2" I don't know where in Polaris that is. That section is a wide space to cover, which I have, twice..Just writing to let you know that I am not going to give up. I think that the office may have a "grid" map, so I will ask when I return sometime this week. Are you local? Have you ever been to the actual spot? If you have, please help me out...:D | | |
