|Barry Smith||Photos of Jonas Blosser|
A few months ago, the photo, a note, and a set of dog tags were brought into a so-called "hotel buy," I believe in Pennsylvania. The photo included a note that reads as follows: JONAS BLOSSER, Died in Andersonville Prison Civil War 1864, Grandmother Burgett nee Blosser, Uncle Elinor L. Burgett's Great, Great Uncle. The dog tags are a set of World War II dog tags. They belonged to Mervin E. Burgett, 101 Princeton Ave., Swarthmore, PA. Elinor Burgett is named as the next of kin on the tags. Mervin's Army serial number was A-304706 and his rank is listed as T-43-T44. His blood group was "A" and his religion is listed as "P" (Protestant). I hope this information is of some help.

No, I just took photo's of that stone and those around it. With the 'new' digital system, it's easy to and cheap to do, wanted to photograph stones like this for years but in the old days, film and developing was just to expensive.
