I am a paralegal with long time experience in probate, and a historical researcher. Presently, I am focused on my Dornbach/Turnpaugh/Turnbaugh/ Turnpaw line, particularly the family of Christopher Turnpaugh of Pennsylvania and Maryland, documenting his life and place in Colonial and Revolutionary Maryland. I am the 4xgreat granddaughter of Christopher and Anna Catharina Turnpaugh, whose last residence was in Reisterstown, Maryland. My great grandparents were George Washington Turnpaw and Lucy Fisher Coyle Turnpaw, late of Tarpon Springs, Florida. I am the granddaughter of their daughter, Flora Marina Turnpaw Shaw and her husband, Raymond Lee Shaw, of Tampa, Florida. My father was Henry Frederick Wagner from Schenectady and Albany, New York. Future research projects include the Hearnes of the Maryland Eastern Shore, and the Shaws and Thompsons of Southern Maryland. | |

 | Ha, just have to explain my below message Granted, I've had 3 glasses of pinot noir tonight! But today has been a most wonderful day, Genealogicalwise, thanks to 3 kind strangers in Virginia. I always want to be that kind stranger. So it makes me most happy and excited to seen transfer requests (you are only my 3rd! :( | | | thefifthofnov
 | Turnpaw transfers done! Can you tell me more about them!! I love this cemetery, and obviously that name sticks out! I love transferring, it means someone is benefiting from all the time I have spent at Cycadia. It is a beautiful cemetery! Wow, your uncle Jim had 5 wives! He must have been a great man! I wish I could transfer you his parents. Unfortunately you might have a hard time with that since I don't manage them.
I noticed my pictures of his and myrtle's headstone are pretty bad. I am there all the time and will keep trying to get a prettier picture.
Turnpaw sounds very Native American. Which is why it stood out among all the Greeks. Are you on Ancestry at all? I am so serious, i was planning on researching your uncle when I hit brick walls on my own family tree. I'll be checking back for updates, lol.
Hope this finds James Turnpaw's niece doing well and very happy. | | | emily ophelia
 | Shaws Hi, Kate! I have transferred all the Shaws that I've added to you. I didn't have any Thompsons or Strongs but if you look at this website - http://usgwarchives.net/md/montgomery/tsimages/rockburials/sect8/rock-t.html - there are some Thompsons who might be some of your people. | | | Diana

 | RE: Sophie Gough Carroll Turnbaugh Good Morning! In response to the request of correcting the change to Turnbull, you will need to contact the person who added this memorial. The individual's name is located on the bottom left of the memorial.
Wishing you a good weekend!
