I'm heavily involved in family search in my adopted home state of Minnesota. Mapping cemeteries and assisting others in their quest to find their family members is a joy for me. My ancestors have become very real people to me since I've been doing research. They shouldn't be forgotten.|
NOTE: During the winter, I don't walk the cemeteries in my area to take photos because of snow and cold. I'll gladly do it from April to mid-November.

|JDSieger||First Lutheran Churchyard Cemetery|
You have a picture posted of the First Lutheran Churchyard in Hinckley where there are 11 graves from the past. I assume none of them have a marker or headstone. I was going to add GPS coordinates so the cemetery would have a map to go with it. But then I was not sure I had the right building and location.
Is the churchyard and church the building to the northwest of the intersection of Lawler Avenue S and 2nd. Street SE? That would be the building kitty-corner from the modern First Lutheran Church to the southeast of that intersection.
Have a great weekend.

Thank you so much, I would love to have the management for Josephine Skogen's memorial transferred me. I appreciate all the work you have done for years on Find a Grave. Rhoda

It looks like Lester Benard was buried next to his second wife at Mt. Vernon Memorial Gardens. So, even though the stone at Shiloh has his name on it, I don't believe he is actually buried there.
