RE: Old Avinger Cemetery
It was very rundown years ago, took me days to get out the old cotton stalks and pea vines. I tried to contact the people who are supposed to take care of it and they wouldn't reply to my inquiries. Stones were buried and had to be uncovered, a few were just propped against the wall or post. What a shame.

Old Avinger Cemetery
Did you make it to the cemetery?

I don't know which name you are looking under for this cemetery. I went out and did the whole cemetery and posted the memorials under Whitmore, Avinger, Norris, Felder Cemetery and was then notified someone had done the cemetery under Old Avinger. They left mine up also because of photo clarity. Just thought you may want to check both of them out.

RE: Thank you!
I have contacted them before too, with no results. When I went to the this Cemetery it was in horrible shape. If you are traveling I-95 get off in Santee, exit 98. Go west towards Elloree for 4.7 miles, You will see the Jerusalem Methodist church on right, then a crossroad. Take left at crossroad onto Tee Vee road. Go 1.3 miles then take a right onto Blume road. This is a dirt road unless they paved it. Go about half a mile then take a right onto another dirt road, if you pass box number 266 at a brick house you just passed the road. The road runs down the side of this house with a few trees between the road and the house. The cemetery sits off to the left in a field. If there are crops in the field look for the flag pole.

This should get you there!

RE: Thank you!
Unless you are using GPS, you are going to need directions. Will get them to you soon if you'd like.

I got the picture you requested for Jane Matsko in L.I.N.C. I also added a picture to the existing memorials for her husband Joseph and son Christopher.
Have a good one...
