Maud Viola Collet
Hi,

Thanks for providing the cemetery information for Maud.

Maud Viola (nee Collet) was my step-grandmother. Her married name was Evans, not Collet. She married John S. Evans on 13 Jan 1904 in Salt Lake City.

Together they had the following children:

John Lavance Evans (1903-1967)
Oral William Evans (1908-1997)
Frances Eudon Evans (1910-1995)
Fay Leon Evans (1912-1994)
Jay Doyle Evans (1914-1914)
Reo Gail (Dante) Evans (1915-2005)
Cecil F. Evans (1918-2000)
Dortha Evans (Abt. 1921- )

Again, thanks.

Helen,

I have been doing some research on a photo of Marysvale school children taken in 1887-88. One of them is labeled as Albert Lee. Albert Lee was born in 1892, so I don't think it is him. I am wondering if the young man is Steven Rudd. Steven was born in 1881 (the same year as several of the other children) and would have been living here at that time. He would have been 6 or 7 years old, which is the age of some of the other children he is pictured with. I think you may hold the answer. I can send you the photo via email if you would like. Please let me know.

John Fred Brunell Memorial
Helen,

I just realized that the last name I gave you (Workman)in the previous message for the daughter "Freda Brunell" is wrong. She married a man with the last name Outzen. She is interred in Milford. Sorry for the mistake.

Thanks, Cloys Seegmiller

John Fred Brunell Memorial
Helen,

I live in Marysvale and have been working with the descendants of John Fred Brunell on improving the grave. A misfortunate problem happened earlier this year with the wood headstone being removed and the iron fence being removed. I have taken it upon myself to make sure the fence and improvements to the grave are put back in place. I believe you must have updated the dates on his memorial. If so, the daughter Freda Brunell (who remarried a man named Workman) can be linked to the cemetery in Milford, Utah where she in interred.

Thank you, Cloys Seegmiller

Hi Helen,

Cousins do not fall within Find a Grave's 4-generation rule for transfers. I have already added his dates and posted his obituary. I have also linked him to his parents. If there is further information you would like me to add I would be happy to do that, but due to many problems and rude people, I've adopted a strict policy of only transfering within Find a Grave's guidelines on the direct 4 generations.

Best Wishes,
Lucia
