Bio and Links
Bio Photo Looking for leaves on, under and around the "Gum" Tree. Watching for "Moore" of the "Berry" patches and checking out the "Tennants" on the way... I even "Howell" some while searching under the Gum Tree. I add listings from obituaries, including the obit on the listing, and from cemeteries I visit. If you find a relative you would like to manage, please ask.

RE: Memorial# 43604925
Have you seen the book "Leaves from the Gum Tree" by Muriel Martens Hoffman? I got a few pages from a Bob Gum. My ancestor is Norton Claypool on page 13.
Feel free to contact me by my email vminiokie@gmail.com

Memorial# 43604925
FYI, Archibald Willard's wife was Mary Catherine Wells. See death record online image at http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_view.aspx?Id=4696786&Type=Death

See left side, a little over half way down
Line 19 Williard, Mary C, white, female, date of death: Nov 17, 1897, Place of Death: Clay, cause of death: Cancer, age 57yrs, 5 mo, 13 days, parents Willie Wells, born W. Va,, farmer, Consort of Archie Williard, informate: Archie Williard, husband.

I am wondering where you found the name Yost?
Can you change the memorial# 43604892 to her full name of Mary Catherine Wells Willard?
Thanks, Mimi Okie (Find A Grave member #47054763)

PS. I have some information on the Gum Tree. Feel free to email me at vminiokie@gmail.com

Monumental cemetery
This cemetery is in the town Monumental, it has gone back and forth over the years, on Find A Grave, from Barrackville to Mannington but it is close to 15 miles from Mannington.

RE: Lost FAG messaages
Judy, thanks for getting back to me. I've had messages from other Find A Grave members who also have not been getting responses from requests they've sent you. All I can think is possibly they ended up in your spam folder and they do automatically get deleted after a period of time. You might try adding
no-reply@findagrave.com to your contact list. This way the computer will recognize it as not being spam. Other than that I don't know what to tell you.

The ones I've sent have gotten so old that I have sent the requests to Find A Grave to make the corrections/additions. On the duplicates, if I asked you to transfer them, then I couldn't delete the duplicate so that wouldn't help any. I might send you a list of those so you could delete them if you'd want to do that.
