|T. Clark||St. Josephs Irish Cemetery|
Am away from my computer, so not as easy to use F-A-G on a phone. Feel free to e-mail me at email@example.com.
Basically, I had a relative that they could never tell me where he was, but they knew he had no marker. It ended up he was a Civil War veteran, so I was able to get him a marker from the VA. Much time went by and I had not heard from the cemetery, so I finally called and they told me the marker was in the "old" cemetery and said the only way for me to get in was to go while they were doing grounds maintenance. I missed several opportunities this summer, but I convinced one of the ladies who mans the phones to call me the next time they were roing work there. I got there with about 45 minutes to find my relative's marker and it inly took about 15 minutes. So I felt like it was important to photograph as many markers as possible while I was in there. There are lots I didn't get to. I had a broom just in case, but many of the markers would need a whole kit to do a good jod, including a shovel to cut back the grass and a pruning shear for the bushes. Maybe they would let us do a community service activity and get as many photos done as possible one day. Obviously we are not vandals.

Thank you for your comments on Ann and Mary Moore being buried in the St. Joseph New Cemetery. It is very helpful since I no longer live in Cincinnati. Anne Dammarell
