Bio Photo My research centers on Teutopolis, Effingham Co., IL. In 2004 I photographed the grave stones at the St. Francis (Teutopolis), St. Aloysius (Bishop Creek) and St. Joseph (Island Grove) cemeteries. If your are researching folks in these cemeteries you may find additional detailed info on them in my AMammoser157 "It All Started With A Few Folks From Teutopolis" tree. I have a lot more info there than I've put on Find A Grave.

RE: Carolus (Carl) Maria Weisenhorn
ok, I love obits gives the descendants so much history of the family. Anyway I could talk you into placing it on the brother Ed's or the parents Memorial??
I know it is not suppose to be done UNless you give credit to where you got it, right? But then I could see it.

are you VDR the creator for the memorial that I had already seen and edited the "inscription" for??

I would like to add his bio.. from #141696287 that I made because I was looking for him by his given name, Carl not his Rev, Father name Carolus... I thought that was a Nun...

Re: Obituary for Ruth Bell Sharp

You attached a scanned copy of an obituary for Ruth Sharp, # 24163411, which I thank you for. However, I prefer that obituaries not be placed in the photo section (I know Find A Grave guidelines say it's okay). Instead I've retyped it & put it in the Bio section.

Could you please delete the scan of this obituary?

Thanks, Diane

Your update has been applied. I also was finally able to find her MO death certificate. I updated her page with the correct dates as well. Her death certificate has her last name spelled UPTMORE. Thought you might want to know.

Thanks for the updates on the Uptmor's in CA. If you have interest in the family, please submit a photo request also, as we have a great group of volunteers chomping at the bit...

Thank you for catching his year of death. I hadn't looked closely enough when the photo was added to his record.

Lawrence Finkeldei
Lawrence Finkeldei in Rosati, MO...41690305 wondered if you were related...and seems you were a bit out of Effingham area....I like Effingham and have done research there...My husband's relative was a Civil War nurse and is buried there, Mary Newcomb, known as "Mother Newcomb"

St. Anthony's in Rosati is an interesting area...a location of Italian immigrants who even tried to raise silk worms...but did have vineyards Happy Hunting and thanks
