I've been involved with my family's genealogy research for many years and found cemetery records - and headstone inscriptions - to be quite helpful. I also found that many of the graves of my relatives had no markers and feel that by posting those sites on Find A Grave, I'm helping to honor the memories of those deceased. Since I've also had a great deal of experience in photography, I try to help others with their genealogy research by fulfilling requests for cemetery marker images whenever possible.
If I've created a memorial that duplicates one already in existence, it is not done intentionally. Please let me know if that occurs and I will remove mine as soon as possible. If I've created a memorial for one of your relatives, and you'd like me to transfer management, just say so. | |

 | RE: Connecticut requests Thanks for your email on my request. I don't have a grave location for the Boerums. The cemetery appears to be an old one and I don't know if it was ever mapped out. From what I can see in the Hale collection, the older cemeteries graves are listed in alphabetical order with no grave locations noted. So I don't know how easy it would be to locate their graves. But thanks for the offer. Barbara | | | barbara Kraft

 | William Joseph Isfort Dear Ken thanks so much for your quick response to my photo request. This gentleman was my great grandfather and kind of a mystery in my family. He left his family in 1892 and disappeared. I have been researching him for several years. I will pass this picture on to the rest of the family. Again thanks so much.
