I didn't do a thing to the stone. Amazing, huh? I just had great light. I didn't see it earlier, I think because the Reuben is much more clear in the afternoon light. I thought it was his stone. Still on the lookout for Dorcus.

You're welcome. I wasn't happy with the quality of the photo. With all the trees in the cemetery, it is really hard to find a time when some grave stones are not shaded. If I get there some time when the lighting is better, I will replace it.
I live 25 miles from Martin & the cemetery is a couple more miles from town, but do find time to get out there occasionally.

You're Welcome.....What is a signature quilt ?? I've never heard of one like that.......
Her stone should have been in the old, old part of the cem.. There isn't much left there and what is, can not be read or nothing left on the stones or the old type foundation is there, but no stone. I thought maybe I could take all the photos & then match them up in the book. No matter how I did it, I couldn't be sure what belonged to who as you could tell some were missing & the names in the book kinda jumped around, so I had to give up on that idea......
