I have searched for my family on and off for the past 10 years and find it so exciting in finding any kind of information of them.|
I have added several photos/memorials of others families headstones, I apologize if any slipped by in an duplication.
I favor the Pioneer Cemetery's and started with Greshams in hopes to help preserve what has been lost to the past.
I believe family should stay together or be as close to each other as we can. Whether it be a few years or a hundred...... If I can help find that one long lost person someone, somewhere is looking for, than all the time I have devoted here is not in vain.
I am more than happy to have found them for you!!
I have walked through and photgraphed:
Gresham Pioneer/Escobar Cemetery
and Douglass Cemetery is work in progress
If you come across someone that belongs to you, please email me as I am more than happy to transfer ownership unless they are my own family members.
I also used the photos in here to post on my Family Tree in Ancestry.

Hi, as a Volunteer Field Genealogist trained by the NSDAR, I am presenting assisting a prospective member with research. Could you please tell me what data you might have about Gilmer and Mary's daughter Elizabeth?
That is a spectacular headstone, is it not?

The photo you placed on Waldemar's memorial page is for his brother and wife, not for Waldemar. Could you please remove that photo and and find and photograph the photo for Waldemar and place the new one on Waldemar's memorial. the cemetery is Douglas Pioneer Cemetery in Troutdale.
Thank you so much.

Good morning mizlorrie, Thank you so much for transferring my great great grandfather to me and so quickly! I created a memorial for my great great grandmother already and now will have fun trying to find and link as many of their children as I can. (big family) Family history goes way back. My great great grandmother Cyrena Benjamin Andrews was a Mayflower descendant. Regards, gllm

Hi, would you mind transferring Charles(memorial #51718719) and Elsie(memorial #51718851) to me if they are not related to you? They are my husbands great grandparents that he unfortunately didn't get the chance to meet.

Someone has listed her brother as her spouse.
I find Rose C Dickenson as the daughter of Walter Dickenson & Ledora B in the 1900 Census: Pockwood, Multnomah, Oregon, ED 90, page 4A.
In 1910 Census:Portland Ward 10, Multnomah, Oregon, ED 242, page 13 B. her mother Ledora Bolen Dickenson reports she is the mother of 4, 2 of whom are living and both living children are enumerated with her (William & Henry)
Her brother William Walter married a Ruth C who can be found in the 1930 census with her husband.
How can we correct this? Both her parents are buried in the same cemetery.

Thank you for your prompt update!
The other fellow graver will delete her duplicate on Monday.
I appreciate your time.
Thank you for correcting the cemetery.
|lloker||Coast Fork - again!|
I found on the 1880 Census that the town is listed as Coast Fork Precinct.

The Coast Fork Willamette River is formed in southwestern Lane County, in the Calapooya Mountains, by the confluence of Garoutte Creek and the Big River. The river flows north through the mountains, through the Cottage Grove Lake reservoir, to Cottage Grove, where it receives the Row River from the southeast. It continues north past Creswell and joins the Middle Fork from the south, about 2 miles (3.2 km) southwest of Eugene, to form the Willamette.
I believe that Cottage Grove is the accurate name for the town.
