Bio and Links
Bio Photo Married, mom of 2 girls. My family is spread far and wide; unfortunately, we probably don't know that each-other exists. I have watched my already small family grow smaller with each death.

Trained and have worked as a funeral director, I know that life and family ties are more fragile than glass. Find a grave may help find family along with family history (yours and/or mine).
***
When I post a new file, I do my best to complete the file as much as possible. Most of my information starts from our local on line newspaper: democratandchronicle.com. Any additional information most likely comes from the info available online from the funeral home the family used for final disposition.
The files I create, generally, will not have punctuation (unless in the name) or be abbreviated. If I am looking for a file so to avoid duplication, I search for full first and last names (primarily by cemetery, secondary by date).
Unless a person is listed in my Virtual 'Family Plot', I am generally more than willing to transfer ownership. Any pictures I have taken/posted may be used on ancestry.com, etc.

RE: John F Rauber
Hello Jessica,

Sorry for my delayed response, I was watching my grandchildren, while my daughter & son in law where moving into there new home. The last 3 days I'm trying to catch up to things. Thank you for your kindness in transferring John F. Rauber, I was surprised. I was just seeking a connection to his parents. I very much respect others time and work in creating memorials here at Find A Grave. Thank You again.

The Best to You and Yours, Butterfly~Kisses

Pvt Glen Martin PULTZ
Jessica
was checking findagrave.com and saw the picture you took of the grave of Private Glen Martin PULTZ, Army Serial Number 12072477, B Company 307th Airborne Engineer Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division.
His Company was resting in the Naples Barracks in Italy, formerly occupied by the German army. When they retreated they left a timebomb that exploded at 08:30 hrs on 10 October 1943. Tweny-three 307 engineers died in the blast or died of their injuries/wounds. The men were all buried in the temporary American cemetery in Naples. Private Pultz was buried in grave B-7-79. After the war his remains were repatriated and buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Port Pyron, New York.

Helen Grace Hall (Holy Sepulchre)
Thank you for posting my Mom's obit on find a grave. I can send you (if you give me your email) a photo of her grave marker. It's nice because I had them put a lilac on it (her favorite flower and, of course, the botanical symbol of Rochester). My brother said, "We buried her in love." on that chilly, but strangely Spring-like, day back on March 19, 2011. My Mom died on my sister's birthday, and my Dad died on my birthday, so we are kind of like bookends. May I ask you what motivated you to enter Helen's obit on the website? I wrote the obit, and I really thought it captured the woman she was. I miss her so much, but her once dynamic and sharp mind was clouded completely by the time of her death. The last years were her worst. She was (I am certain) happy to return to her Savior's loving arms. Many thanks, Barbara D. Hall, youngest child

Hi Jessica;
I wonder if you would kindly transfer my father-in-law, Russell Knapp's, memorial page to me. His number is 60734122.
Thanks for the great job you do with the memorials.
