Most of my research is regarding the STEEN, WOOTTON, SMITH, COMER, PLUMLEE, and HESTAND family lines in Oklahoma, Texas, Kentucky, Arkansas, and wherever else this research may take me. I may also add memorials for those individuals whose obituaries are published in the local media and funeral homes. I will be happy to add family links upon request if I fail to notice to do so beforehand.|
Most of the pictures I take are from Fairview Cemetery, Grady County, Tuttle, OK 73089. However, with time and weather permitting, I am willing to assist others in trying to obtain photos of their loved ones' cemetery memorials in close proximity to this same area.
Transfer requests will be made within the Findagrave guidelines, for direct relatives within four generations, provided they are not related to me. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Please request transfers via the "Suggest a Correction" link under the "Edit" tab on the memorial in question with your request to have the memorial transferred to you - please include your relationship.
The "Edits" and "Suggest a Correction" features may also be used to submit corrections, an original biography, and family links to memorials that do not fall under the above transfer guidelines.

I am researching the Cole Family and I noticed a Mary Elizabeth Cole(1816-1889),Joshua's wife, as part of your research. I also noticed that you have a marriage date and presumably a source. I was hoping to determine if Mary Elizabeth was related to a James C. Cole - 1811-1888,(possible brother) and William Yates Cole 1788-1823,(possible father) and Martha Bass(possible mother).
Any input or direction would be appreciated for my particular "brick wall".
Thanks in advance,

Thank you so much! Let me know if this link doesn't work. Should go to your father's page on Ancestry.com.

You have a wonderful picture of James and family. I was wondering if I could include it in my Ancestry tree (Moss, Lee Otis Family Tree)? James is my 2nd cousin 1x removed. His grandmother Artie Belle (Moss) Clancy was a sister to my great grandfather Leroy Plumlee Moss. I will understand, if you prefer I don't use it. Thank you, Sandy

Thank you so much. I was getting a lot of pressure.

Not sure how this has happened, but my Mary Ellen Comer is gotten crossed with another Mary Ellen Comer or someone. the one on your list has two sets of parents, and way too many kids my Mary Ellen Comer Woolsey is the daughter of Lorenzo and Delilah. A friend and fellow Cass Co. Genealogy member took the picture and added to his list, and then throws my relatives my direction. Don't know how this happened for sure.

Thanks for making the edit for Alton Cotton Wootton. His mother, Jessie Ray Moore, was a rather distant relation to me. Not very closely related, but I keep tracking down those distant cousins to complete the picture. Thanks for all your work on Find A Grave. Lonnie Moore
