Born and raised in the area. Started into geneology with the mystery of my own family. Gravestone vandalism is my biggest pet peeve and it seems very high in this area. Loved ones do not need to be lost like that.

RE: hello
Hi Kim,
Thanks for the reply. I remember having so much fun with you and the group in those Phil Foust days. :) I actually didn't attend Greenford, but was dating someone from the small group for quite a while, which allowed me to meet some awesome people like you. :)
I am doing well. I have been married almost 8 years now and we just had our first child (11 weeks and super cute, of course, haha). I have a masters in school counseling and will be working at a high school in the fall (I hesitate giving out too much information on a public site). There is a lot more, but what does one actually write to catch up after 9 years?
I hope you are doing great. By your membership on this site, I assume you are interested in genealogy? Have you had any amazing breakthroughs? is most of your ancestry from this area?

hello
Hi Kim,
I was just checking out some memorials for the Hum cemetery as I visited there the other day to see if I could fulfill some photo requests and saw your name under some of the photos. Your name sounds so familiar to me and I was just wondering if you attended Greenford? And hung out with Phil Foust's young adult small group around 2000-2003? If it isn't you, I apologize. I was just curious. :)

RE: Hi Kim!
I'm great, Kim. I wondered what happened to you. Sorry to hear your news.

Found a couple links into the Meek family from a few branches of mine. Will have to gather them and ask you about them. It might help you with some connections.

Hi Kim!
I was curious. Did you ever locate those burials on the Meek Farm?

RE: Meek Farm
Kim,

The farm is NEAR the old stationary store. The policeman is John Meek on South Pleasant Drive. He has a daughter named Lynn, who I saw today at the beauty shop downtown. The old farm is in the area behind his house. My cousin's father-in-law used to plow and plant for the Meek family
