I'm glad I was able to photograph the correct headstone for you. :-)
...Although I noticed you wrote April 12th in the message on my profile...did you mean March 12th? March 12th is the date the cemetery office gave me as his death date. Or perhaps his obituary was pubished a full month after his death....
(Will you be updating the dates on his page? Looks like you added his birth month & day to show Dec 24, 1904 but the year should be 1903, and it still has his death date as Apr 5 instead of March 12). (Hmm, but I see March 12 was not a Monday, so I wonder if the cemetery office made a mistake and it should be April 12? They DID seem very confused when I was in there, and it took them a while to even find his burial location. First they said he was in section 308, then they realized there isn't even a 308, then they said 108, and after I went to 108 and couldn't find it and went back, they finally figured out he was in 208!)

Hello.
I photographed the headstone of Richard Yates today and will be posting it on FindAGrave in just a moment. However, I think you might have the wrong Richard Yates. Or perhaps there are just some inconsistencies with his data.
You have this Richard J. Yates as being born in 1904 and passing on 05 Apr 1976, and also as being married to Dorothy May (Cardwell) Yates.
However, the Richard J. Yates buried at Skyway Memorial Gardens was born 24 Dec 1903, passed on 12 Mar 1976, and was married to Lydia Ellen (maiden name unknown) Yates.
