I have been on a treasure hunt for over 3 years now. I am finding many, many relatives both on my husbands side & mine. It has been a wonderful journey as I have found many living relatives as well through this site & myheritage.com where our family trees are.
If I have a memorial that is related to you, I will galdly transfer them to your care, unless they are my family also.
If you have additional info or a correction on one of the memorials have posted, please use the edit tab to let me know. I will add to or correct the memorial as soon as I can. | |

 | James Carter/Catharine Kitty Tracy Carter Hello, I am researching my Carter family history. I am descended from James Carter and Catharine "Kitty" Tracy. The date on the gravestone you have pictured for James Carter do not fit what I have found. James and Kitty were married in Madison County, Kentucky in 1818. That is much too early for the James Carter whose gravestone you have pictured. I noticed that you do not have a picture of a stone for Catharine "Kitty" Tracy Carter. Could there be some error here? How did you make the connection between this James and Catharine? As far as I know, they both died and were buried in Bartholomew County, Indiana. Any insight you have would be appreciated! Thanks!

 | Memorial #74033955 Elmirah Osborn "Ella" Davis Kellogg Hello Larraine,
May I ask you where you got your informaiton on Ella Kellogg? She is in my family tree and I am trying to find sources to back up my information. Your memorial says she had 5 sons and 1 daughter. I have only been able to find 4 sons: Carl H, John L, Irvin H and William K. The 1900 US census says she was the mother of 6 children 3 living. You also have there marriage date as November 3, 1880, do you have a source for that date? Would love for you to share your information with me.
Your memorial is a duplicate of #19577894 done May 2007 by Debra Stanley who is the General Manager of the Oak Hill Cemetery. I'm sure she would be willing to add your information to her memorial.
There is a 3rd memorial #7284373 done March 2003 but the person does not respond to corrections from what I understand.
Thank you for any help you can give me in adding to my Kellogg branch of my tree. You may email me either through Find A Grave or my email address which should be listed on my profile page.

 | Esther and William Larraine, it seems that you put in a link on Esther's page for grandpa Wiseman as her husband instead of uncle Bill. Check the listings, cousin Jim Barringer has a page for William Orville "Bill" Wiseman, Jr. and that is who Esther was married to. Thanks for doing Esther's page and adding the pics.
