I am looking for Elmer E Lowell. His obit was in the Marin Independent Journal 4 Oct 1980 stating that burial was at Oakmont Memorial Park in Pleasant Hill. I don't see him listed on Find A Grave so I wanted to make sure there were not two different cemeteries. I would like to add a memorial but not if he is not there. I see that you posted Lowell memorials - I have a Lowell obituary that states burial in Oakmont Pleasant Hill, is it really in Lafayette or are there two? Hi Janet,
I am not sure, I thought it was on his Obit, but I must have read it wrong. Uncle Robert's middle name is Edward, not Edwin, I have a picture of him on his memorial # 106050681, he was born on 10 March, 1916 and lived until 22 April 2012, yesterday was one year since my cousin Judy Rae lost her dad, She was the only daughter of his and his wife that went before him. I guess I will change the cemetery to the one that he is really in.
I would love to have a picture of his grave marker, if my chance there's another grave marker next to him with the name of Meredith Jeanne McFadden, it would be nice to have that one also, I sure appreciate your efforts. Aunt Jeane and Uncle Robert were married for over 77 years before he lost Aunt Jeanne to Cancer. She died on 16 June, 2000. I know she was born sometime in 1918 or so but for her actuall date of birth I am not sure.
Thank you so much for offering to transfer when you get the grave markers, I so appreciate that. My Find A Grave # 47718149. I haven't been doing this very long, but when I lost my own son, I thought I should put my family in to remember them buy, I haven't go to far with my project as work and other projects keep me from doing what I love and that is keeping track of my ancestry, and descendant of my family line.
