My mother and my grandmother instilled in me a respect for family members who had passed on. That, and a love of family history led me to Find a Grave. In trying to make sure all members of my family are listed, I became interested in helping others, especially through photographs of markers. I am particularly interested in photographing and recording old and broken markers. |
You are welcome to use my photos or if I have added some of your people, I will be happy to transfer them. Please let me know if corrections are needed.

Lynn, Thank you so much for taking the picture. It clears up some confusion I had as whoever created the memorial had him living one hundred years longer than he did!!
Many Thanks, Carol Jones

Hello Again. I know you must be enjoying the mild July weather. Subject's memorial is not in the Sherman, MS Find A Grave list. Her husband's marker does show her as his wife. I have another request. If you should be near Sherman Cem. would you mind checking and determining if she is buried by him and add her if so. I couldn't find her anywhere in MS Find A Grave. jim

I wanted to thank you for adding the photo for John Pickens Davis (1843-1894)in Henegar Baptist Church Cemetery in Bradley Co, TN. He was my 2nd great grandfather and I'm so glad to have this photo. I looked for his stone a couple of years ago but could not find it. Thank you so much.
