I am researching my family.

Scatter me not to the restless winds
Nor toss my ashes to the sea.
Remember now those years gone by
When loving gifts I gave to thee.
Remember now the happy times
The family ties are shared.
Don't leave my resting place unmarked
As though you never cared.
Deny me not one final gift
For all who came to see.
A simple lasting proof that says
I loved and you loved me.

RE: Lucretia Gould Mills, Riverside Cem, Aberdeen, SD
I have put the new photo in and I have added them to the other Mills relatives also. The sun must have been in a bad place when your first ones were taken. I've had that happen to me before also.

Julie, I have a more readable photo of her headstone if you would like to removed yours (since the photo maximum has been reached) I can add it to the memorial. Or I don't mind e-mailing it to you to put in yourself.

Geoge Gee
Sorry to jump into this message stream, but I have some burial information on George Gee (in your findagrave post for him you had asked for this).

Are you still needing this?

RE: George Rouse Headstone
According to Little Compton Families, George Rouse was born on 9 Jan 1704, died 15 Oct 1775.

And, believe it or not, my home is located adjacent to the land that was once his farm in 1774!

death date for Hubert Swartout
The date shown for Hubert O. Swartout is the date of his marriage.

Hubert was the son of my great-grandmother's (Catherine Swartout Phelps)brother. He visited with us and shared pictures of his youth, etc.

RE: Ezra Longway
Delbert Edgar Longway was a son of Ezra & Inez Longway. He married Amber Philbrook, my grandmother, sometime between 1945 and 1950 (I'm not sure off the top of my head).

Are you related to this family? My grandmother was Delbert Longway's first wife. I have a few photos of his family & can send you copies if you'd like. ~Sarah

RE: Hubert C. Swartout
Helen has been transferred to your care. I am so glad I could find a family member to transfer her to :-) By the way... Findagrave approved the photos I submitted for the cemetery so now you can see the front of the church where the tiny cemetery is located at.

RE: Hubert C. Swartout
Are Herbert and Helen relatives of yours? I would be more than happy to transfer Helen's memorial to you. I switched out the photos on her memorial to match with the one I did for Herbert. Your #3 is the address I went to. The tiny cemetery is just outside the back of the church. I think most people listed were cremated. There are a few headstones but most are on the panel wall(and one inside the side of the mountain). They have a facebook page www(dot)facebook(dot)com/stbartsestes/info
