I have been researching our CASH family name since 1994. This includes the main trunk starting in 1690 in Cape Cod to all the limbs and leaves grown from that time forward.

James McLean, in Mount Hope cemetery
James' mother, Martha is nearby; #167020190. I did not see James' father, Clarence. James sibling Margaret is buried next to him. There is a headstone for his other sister, Marjorie, next to Martha; but there is no DOD inscribed, so i presume she is still living.

William J Shedden
I took the photo of Anabel Shedden's marker today and one of the marker next to hers- William J Shedden. I added a memorial for William J in the Dundee Township Cemetery. Then I noticed that you have a memorial for William James in the Bluff City Cemetery in Elgin, IL.

Do you have an interment record for Bluff City? It's possible that he was moved to West Dundee. If he's actually buried in Elgin, I believe I can change my memorial to a centograph, but I'll have to check the Find A Grave guidelines.

Let me know.

Alice McLean
After searching for Alice each time I returned to Mt Hope this week the office mgr checked and double checked her records (computer and old index cards).
Alice McLean was laid to rest in Blk 3 Sec M Lot 104 grave 1. Lot 104 belongs to the Freeman family, the only grave stone is Arthur Freeman (b1896 d1927). Alice was his mother-in-law but there was no grave stone for her.

RE: Daniel and Mary Cash
I'll keep an eye out for them by next trip over. Perhaps they are on someone else's large stone, or as you said, lost or destroyed. I hope not and I'll try again. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Mary J Cash (Reuben's daughter)
Mary J Cash and James Casscles were my 3rd great grandparents. I have been researching for quite awhie and am so happy to have found a link with the Cash family! Their son Theodore was my 2nd g grandfather, then his son William (who was changed to Castle by then) my great grandfather. My grandfather was William as well.
I could go on and on...
Would love to chat!

Gribbons in St Catherine's
FYI, there are additional Gribbons buried next to the ones you have listed - I'll get them loaded shortly.

Gribbon photos
I apologize for the poor quality of these pictures. I photographed the entire cemetery and apparently got pretty sloppy towards the end. Let me know if you'd rather me remove the picture so someone else can get a better picture.

Sorry about the double message. The site must have let me send the message and then did the "I'm not a robot" nonsense!
