~You Live as Long as You are Remembered~|
Hi, my name is Carolyn. I don't do this for the number of memorials. I do it for the love of families!
I love visiting cemeteries and reading the tombstones. I often think about the families who live too far away to visit their loved ones' final resting place, much like myself. My father's buried in another state and this is how I "visit" his grave and leave him my offering (flowers,flags, etc.)and my message. It helps me deal with my grief.
Some of my family names are: Luke, Geiger, McGhee/McGee, Easterling, Hughes, Howard, McDonald, Folsom, McGowan, Sheffield, Bennett, Rountree/Roundtree, Flowers
IF I'VE MADE ERRORS OR YOU WANT A MEMORIAL THAT I HAVE PLEASE CONTACT ME! MANY BLESSINGS TO ALL!
~There are only two lasting bequests we can give our children:
one is roots, and the other, wings~

|Charles Exum||Henry Aquilla Swindell|
Iím Charles Exum, GGrandson of Joseph Daniel DeLoach. The Grandson of his son, Uraih Jackson DeLoach and Alice Corilla (Swindle) Deloach. These and many other family members are in Ebenezer Cemetery and Iíve visited several times. Today I was looking on Find a Grave site for my Grandmotherís father, Henry Aquilla Swindellís grave. I thought both he and his wife, Martha Ann Swindell are both in the cemetery. I found Martha but havenít found him but a page entitled Henry Alexander Swindell.
I continued searching Find a grave and located a Henry Alexander Swindle in Beards Creek Church Cemetery. He was born: Mar., 1836, Died: Jul. 16, 1907. His wife is Jane Demark Swindle (1842-1908) is in cemetery also.
On Martha Ann Swindellís page are 2 pictures of her grave marker. I looked at both but if you look closely at the lower picture (enlarged) you will see to her left is the marker of Henry A. Swindell. If Iím not mistaken that my GGrandfather, Henry Aquilla Swindell.
I appreciate your time and any help with this.
Charles S. Exum

Carolyn, I went back to the website and see that TINA has not responded at all to the requests for transfers although I have done so several times. I don't know what step to take next. The photos are great. There are 4 Coursons and 3 Testons I'd like transferred. Janice
