Bio and Links
Bio Photo Got started in genealogy when my Mother died back in 1994 and have been hooked on it ever since. My tree grows sideways faster than taller though as it gets tougher to find information preceding the American Revolution. I have succeeded in getting at least 5 lines back to Europe though so I am making progress.

RE: Kidd
Wish I could help, but don't live close by there. Just visited and took many photos several years ago.

Just put in a photo request and I'm sure someone will be happy to get the photo for you.

RE: Mossholder
You're very welcome. I've been doing this for over 30 years and sometimes it seems to be more of an obsession than a hobby... ha ha. Years ago we used to have a Hauger reunion in Berlin, PA. I was the VP of the reunion committee back in the late 90's. I haven't gone in years and I'm not even sure if they still have it anymore.

Anyhow, good luck in your continued research.

I transferred John's memorial to your care. I'm a Hauger descendant as well, but John is more on your line than mine and I would rather have this in the hands of more closely related family.

I walked the entire cemetery and could not find a headstone. At this time there is no headstone per the cemetery office as of today.

Please consider removing this request at this time.

Blessings,
Linda

Casner, Short Creek Cemetery
I recently fulfilled your photo request for William & Mary Jane Casner.

I also wanted to advise you that the listing on Find A Grave for the Short Creek Cemetery does not have the correct location. It is actually in Ohio County, West Virginia. That cemetery is listed as the Short Creek Methodist Church Cemetery. I will be contacting Find A Grave to see if they can merge the two cemeteries. This may cause a problem with duplicate memorials in the case of William and Mary Jane Casner, as they are listed in both cemeteries.

Regards,

Rick

RE: Mensch
Hi, I went through my burial list for Woodlawn and found:
George W. 1867-1941
Ida M. 1889-1900 (1st wife??)
Amanda E. 1875 - 1912 (I think she was George's 2nd wife)
Jessica M 1870 - 1950.

They are buried together but not in mausoleum. I will see if I can find more info for you.
