 | RE: Charles Malaby Thank you for your kind message, Raymond! I have added your additions to my record for Charles Malaby. I did a search for his parents and grandparents on F.A.G. but didn't see any obvious records to link him to. Of course, I will make any changes you request! Take Care and Thanks Again! | Jacob Morris I posted your info underneath the picture I posted. This isn't my Jacob to my knowledge but he could be related. You need to contact Kelly to add info in the bio section. If Jacob is related to my William Morris I haven't been able to prove it. My maiden name is Morris and I have mine back to 1795 in Buckingham County VA according to William's stone but don't know his family. | | | Bonnie Morris Conrad
 | Jacob and Jane Morris Jacob and Jane Malaby Morris I found your photo of the tombstone for Jacob Morris and wanted to add some information about his wife, Jane. From what I have been able to find, Jane Malaby was born in Lycoming County, PA in 1825 to an unknown Malaby (or Mallaby) and Phebe (maiden name unknown). When Jane's father died, Phebe married another Malaby, John Malaby, my gg grandfather. I believe John and the unknown Malaby were relatives, but I cannot prove it. John and Phebe raised Jane, and her sister, Amanda, as well as several more children, in Lycoming County. Jane married Jacob Morris in 1848. A few years later Jacob and Jane moved to Missouri. please check my information, and if you can correct any of it, or add to it, I would certainly appreciate it. Thanks Raymond Malaby
In response to above: Hi Raymond,
I got four messages from you and if I posted the picture only then I do not maintain the grave and can not add info to it. I'm sorry, would help you if I could. I put the names in my base and it's not one of my transcriptions. If I can help you further please let me know? | | | Harold Malaby Jr.
 | John Mallaby of VA This just came in from a Pat that I am cooresponding with via Ancestry.com
Subject: RE: John Mallaby of VA
Just found something on William... born 1834, son of Robert Malaby and Sarah Long of Union Co, Indiana... shows also a brother John L. born 1832, but no other children. No parents shown for Robert Malaby. Thought I would try one more time and leave out the middle initial in his name and came up with a family tree showing a William who died in 1862, so I'm assuming this is the same William as in the letters... would be odd for 2 Williams to have died in the same year. | | | Harold Malaby Jr.
 | RE: Photo of Norman Malaby Ray here is a new memorial just set up last night and already someone was kind enough to take picture for me :) Check out William D. Malaby spelled Malay on the marker and different on the letters I found on the Internet.
