Bio Photo I have enjoyed searching for my family over 30 years now, picking up the work from my grandfather and my aunt before me. I find graveyards to be some of the most beautiful places on earth, especially the ones located on Cape Cod. A Mayflower descendant, a member of the DAR and First Families of Tennessee, I am committed to family both past and present. I really appreciate collaboration-it's too difficult, not to mention impossible to do alone. Glad to help when I can. Thanks to all who have contributed to Find-a-Grave!

RE: Another request
I took a photo of every marker in section 7 which is where Francis Pearson McCoy is buried. I did not see John Albert McCoy. There are some other McCoy's, specifically an Evelyn P McCoy buried right near Ms. McCoy, and there is also a Jewell and Waldon Pearson. There is also a Joseph Pearson McCamish near Ms McCoy, not sure if there is any relation to you. Both Joseph and Evelyn have had their gravemarkers photographed. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Thanks for your edit suggestions. Please let me know your documentation re: your info. I don't mean to appear uppity, but as you are probably aware there is so much misinformation in the 'net I don't want to add to it.

Look forward to hearing from you.

If you would like any of my other Copeland memorials, let me know. They are not my people.

I noticed that you left a flower identifying Phillip as your 3rd great grand uncle. He is not one of my people.

Would you be interested in having his memorial transferred to you?

Let me know!

RE: McCamishes at Bald Hill
There is a tremendous amount of ground cover on the graves that I only assumed belong to Samuel & Enoch. There is a long headstone but only the engraving on the right side of the stone is visible. It reads Ida Pearl (she is spouse of Samuel according to Find a Grave memorial info). I did not make an effort to remove the growth but I may go back & work on that so I can actually read the engraving. The cemetery is located just a few miles from my home.

As for Arthur McCamish, I have two photos posted. The Headstone reads "McCamish" and the footstone shows his information along with a footstone for his spouse, Myrtle.

Cecil's headstone is "McCamish" with a footstone showing his info. Both are posted on Find a Grave.

Hope this info is helpful, Velma
