I don't know who those other two names are on the stone with William & Winnie. Census does not show either name as a daughter as far as I went with the research.

Thank you for making the links. I am not related so no need to transfer. I just did work on the family because people were getting this Claude mixed up with another Claude of same age. I don't think the names you mentioned are their daughters.

I don't know what a cenotaph is. There is no stone. The cemetery is not far from the family farm.

Deb, Thanks for the obituary. Samuel was first buried in the Salem Cemetery, but was
later moved to the LaHarpe Cemetery.
