RE: Martha Louella Johns Wakefield Headstone Photo
We are not related to the family. We live in a town near the Collinsville Cemetery, and when possible we try to help out with photos and linking family members together. I have friends who live in Collinsville and their parents are buried there.--Sharlotte

Hi! I got your message. I looked at the cemetery burial records online for Calvary and found Mary and a Franz Rottler listed on there. I made a memorial for both of them and did a little researching:

So far, I found Mary's death certificate, it says she died in 1933, a lot of unknowns on the death cert, the cemetery burial records say she died in 1932, but the records are wrong in the year. I also found her obit (1933) and added it to the memorial if you want to see. I added marriage info I found on ancestry. I added the plot from the cemetery burial records.

I had to go to the post office, so I stopped by the cemetery and found the Rottler's, and I took more pics. The headstone group pic, I labeled who was buried where, you can find it on all of Henry, Mary and Franz's memorials. (I added it to all 3 lol but I can remove from some if you like). The grass was up a bit, maybe there was a stone hidden, but I believe that Franz and Mary are unmarked.

I haven't been able to find anything on Franz Rottler, the DOD came from cemetery burial records, and those can sometimes be wrong (like with Mary). His name may even be Frank, not Franz, I don't know. But there is a Frank Rottler in the 1880 census, it could very well be Franz. And I haven't found an obit for Henry yet either. Happy to transfer Henry Mary and Franz to you so you can edit however you like.

RE: Memorial# 143679593
The "Coy" was an auto fill mistake that I did not catch. I have corrected it. Just send me a request to transfer using the edit function and I will be happy to transfer them to you. Thanks.

Joseph Aschwanden
I found this last week. Very happy about finding this.

This Jos. Aschwanden is father of Michael Gottlieb Aschwanden I believe.

Michael came from Switzerland with him, his mother and brother. Do you know of Anna Trautman

Edward Douglas' death year
I changed the year to 1910. If he's part of your family, I'll be glad to transfer him to you.

Glad we could help. I know how hard it is to get photos and info about family far away. We enjoy the sculptures and history in old cemeteries. Good luck with your research. Sharlotte, Smiling in Texas

We would be glad to take the photos for you... Do you have the plot number or location of graves because the cemetery is large and it will take several hours to walk it looking for the stones. There are 4 main sections of the cemetery and much of it is not in very good shape. We will try without it, but it will take longer. We will be going sometime this week if the storms stay away to photograph 4 other members of a family. --Sharlotte
