I have been doing family history for over 10 yrs and finally decided this is a great place to memorialize those ancestors.
I have been walking a local cemetery taking as many pictures as I can. Most are lawn markers and many have started to sink down. I try to get as much info as I can and then post. I only post if I have a picture. So many are so sunken I cannot even get a name, let alone dates. Sorry but I don't keep any of the pictures after they are posted. So if you want a better one request it and I will try my best.
At one time I thought it would be nice to transfer graves to a family member but now I have reservations. Instead I get messages that request a transfer "just because" no please, no telling me this is my great uncle, just transfer cause they are in the family. I have now decided to follow the guidelines of FAG. I will still add any info to a grave, but it is also nice to hear a please once in awhile.

How about just deleting your entries so there isn't two memorials for each person? Then you don't have to worry about transferring them. I added the pictures of their graves that you took to my memorials.

Thank you for connecting my aunt with her parents and adding the information I sent you. I do appreciate it. You are fantastic. I just noticed you went out and took tons of tombstones in the Ridgewood Cemetery. The condition that the cemetery let those get in, they will not be around in a few years unless something is done. You have made it possible for future generations to see those stones.
