RE: Bernard Ellis "Ben" Kuhl
Thanks for your note. I've forwarded it to Richard Dorman, who has access to Ben Kuhl's penitentiary records. I copied you on the e-mail. When he and I last discussed this, he had not made copies of the pertinent records.

I linked Ben Kuhl to Minnie on Findagrave. If you would prefer, I will remove the link.

Are you a descendant of James Pexton? If so, I believe we are distantly related.

Kenneth Pexton
Hi Marcia,

I found that old photo in my Dad's old slides with a pencil note in my mom's handwriting that simply said "wreck that killed Pexton." I wasn't sure what to do with it, so did a bit of online research and concluded it must have been Kenneth Pexton and posted it on Findagrave. I hope it didn't upset you.

I have gone ahead and transferred Kenneth's memorial to you so you can eidt it and maintain it as you wish. I will also look for the original scan but it will take a while since I am in the middle of remodeling and everything in my house is in disarray.

The color of the original slide had deteriorated quite badly so I adjusted it as best I could.

By the way, my father was Pat Whittington, who lived in Nephi at that time. He had the Pontiac and John Deere dealership back then known as the Nephi Motor Company. He also operated a wrecker truck. I am guessing that is that is why he took the photo.

Karl Whittington
