|I live in Southern Maine and am willing to take pictures of grave stones in my area. The towns that are fairly easy for me to visit are Cumberland, Gray, Falmouth, Yarmouth, North Yarmouth and Windham.|
I am in the process of connecting every Milliken I can find in hopes of finding the parents and/or siblings of my gg grandfather, John Francis Milliken b. abt 1805 probably in Portland, Maine. I have a tree on ancestry.com called "Milliken Families Maine and Beyond". That together with connecting the Find A Grave Milliken families hopefully might help me in my quest. If you are or know a Milliken, who would be interested in DNA testing, please write.

|GariochGraver||RE: Fiddes in Old Machar|
You're very welcome. These were photos I took because the inscription was legible. I've therefore transferred the 3 Fiddes entries to you for management. If you have any details of John Smith, I can try and locate him for you if you don't already know of his location. Not all Aberdeen cemeteries are listed on DeceasedOnline or the ANESFHS MI Databank.

Nancy, I've transferred George to you. Good luck finding his parents and siblings.

Thank you for the updates. I'm still in process of updating the cemetery. Like most of us, waiting for damn snow to melt, last batch of photos had snow, I needed something for cabin fever.

Thank you for taking the time to photograph the gravestones of my great grandparents, Charles Frederick Tripp I & Georgianna Paine Storey Tripp & family. It is greatly appreciated :)
|Debi C||RE: West Cumberland Church/Universalist Cemetery|
I have been a Find-a-Grave volunteer for many years and recently moved to Gray. This particular cemetery is within walking distance of my new home in Gray, so I hope to catalog the remainder of the cemetery this fall. I visited again today and photographed another 20% or so that I hope to get online this week. So, together, we should be able to have this cemetery looking good!

|Peter Morgan||RE: Replacing unknowns|
I am pleased and relieved that you are not offended, and that you have received my myriad emails in the spirit with which I had intended.
|Peter Morgan||Replacing unknowns|
Will you please replace all the "unknown" birth and death dates in the memorials you have created for all the Leightons in West Cumberland Cemetery with the date shown on the photo of the marker as well as the calculated birth date whenever an age at time of death is given. Thanks.
Sorry to be a pest, but I went to the cemetery a month ago on a mission to take some photos for some Leightons, and found scads of them. I took photos of most of them (39), and am now trying to figure out which ones I need to create memorials for, since I have not heard from Robert Hodsdon. I notice that both you and Debi have created a lot of memorials, but you have left their birthdates (and in some cases their death dates) "unknown". I wonder if you would be so good as to change the unknown to the dates that show on the markers and in some cases the specific dates, which can be calculated from their ages at time of death. I am not sure what you do with those where the marker dates are different from the specific death dates/ages that you have.
I have another dozen to check out, but it is late and I am going to bed and will finish this project tomorrow night.
|Debi C||West Cumberland Church/Universalist Cemetery|
I added photographs for most of the burials at the West Cumberland Church/Universalist Cemetery that you added to Find A Grave. The cemetery is just around the corner from my new home in Gray, so I can return easily if I missed anyone or need to re-take a photo or two. There are a number of family links that can be accomplished with the info on the stones and also a few corrections to dates. Let me know if I can help in any way.
