|Just started researching my family history and I am completely hooked! This site has been very helpful to find correct names and dates. THANK YOU! I think it is very important to know where you came from and pass that on to your own children. I currently live in northern California and would love to take photos for those seeking assistance...and thank you in advance to those who have already taken photos for my family and those I have requested. Happy history hunting!!|

I see that you have some of the Hasty's in Iowa. Do you happen to know where Cyrena Thompson Hasty is buried? I have her born on 7 Oct 1818 in Indiana , and her dying on 3 Jul 1886 in Desoto, Dallas Co., Iowa. She is the wife of William B. Hasty and the daughter in law of William Hasty and Mary Morgan Carter. I know from what my great grandmother Sadie Hasty said she died in Desoto, Dallas Co., Iowa but have been unable to locate any information on where her greave might be? I would appreciate any help you could give me.

|Connie Gage||Edna Lane Zink|
In the bio for Edna Lane Zink, wife of Samuel Zink, it says that she is buried in the same cemetery as Samuel in the Green Mountain Cemetery. But she is NOT buried there. She's buried in the Marshalltown Riverview Cemetery. I know this might have been an assumption that she would be with her husband but she died very early in her life and Samuel lived to be 92. By the time he passed away he wanted to be buried in Green Mountain.

Please update Susanna Underkoffler's maiden name to read "Groff". Also, her birth year is 1786, per the Mennonite Historians of Eastern Pennsylvania Cemetery Database.
I will try to find her grave (and her husband John/Johannes) in the Underkoffler Cemetery next week.
To expedite updates, would you be willing to transfer her memorial to me?

I would love to get in touch with him as a lot went wrong that day as well as the days that followed! It took me until the 30th remembrance to even come to grips with all that went on as I feel like I was never there if you go by some of the books that were written. If he facebooks he can find me as karl witha-k Wittstruck, email: email@example.com or my cel number is 402.617.1186
Let him all is not lost my brother! Semper Fi!
I do need help locating the cemeteries of some of the other that are on the wall. I would love to make the trip to J-ville to see the memorial in Oct. if he and his wife are so inclined.

I went to Bethel U M C cemetery today to see if I could fulfil your photo request for Didamy Brotherton
The only marker I found that could possibly be her was married to a John Brotherton.
She was born Dec 20th 1845 and died Aug 6, 1924
I took a photo... I have yet to download from my camera but if this is the person for which you search I will accept the request on finda grave and fulfill your request.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been wanting to see the marker for my grandparents' grave for years but have been unable to get to California. There is a long standing dispute over Robert Blackwell's death date on Ancestry.com. People insist it was 1930, however, that is the birthdate of his youngest son, my father. Now I have proof. I'm glad my grandmother is next to him. I understand there are other family members there as well. Thank you so much!

I'm finding a lot of info to help edit the memorials at Dixon - on many that you have created as well. Can you let me know what is the best way for me to submit these to you? I've tried the "suggest corrections" feature but doesn't seem those are getting through to you, as nothing ever changes. Just let me know, and thanks for your volunteer efforts!
I hope you can help a little- My great-grandmother Clara Ann Hasty married my great-grandfather William Carter Wright Aug 9th, 1873 in Madison,Iowa. Any info that your willing to share would be greatfully apprenticed.
