Bio Photo My name is Jan and I am a 5th generation Coloradoan with many relatives buried in Riverside Cemetery in Denver. I was bitten by the genealogy bug after my husband died and what a wonderful hobby it has turned into. Many thanks to all the wonderful people on findagrave who have photographed and documented so many cemeteries -- their efforts have helped me locate many long-lost relatives.

RE: Josefina Perez Monjaras
Her brother Ransom is my great great grandfather. The Delgado Family has a section within San Sebastian. I am going to try and get out there soon, and look at burial records. I think our relatives for the most part are in unmarked graves at that location. I believe that the Monjaras Family is at the Delgado Section of San Sebastian next to St Anthony's Church, and not at the officially named Delgado Cemetery, and probably just the undertakers and the Monjaras Family know for sure. I will get back with you.

The Nevels were mythical to us, and one of the myths was that one or both of the brothers were US Marshals. Any evidence of that? Curious.

Seems they immigrated abt 1875 from Canada so Inez was only 3 yrs old and James abt 5y so had to come with parents. If can help me please write me personally thanks kindly, happy trails

Hooray! So the typesetter DID have the name right?
Always glad to have helped in some way but when you help solve a mystery, it's always an additional blessing. :-)

This was my great aunt and I wish I could have known her. Her maiden name was Fowler and her brother, Henry Philip, was my grandfather. You can look under his name for more information on her family. If you wish to transfer her management to me, I will graciously add the information.
