Rev. Robert Edward Lee Sr.
Can't believe it! I found pictures of my great grand uncle on my mother's side! I'm writing a book that includes the Lee family. Who has these original photos? Do they have other Lee family history and photos? THANKS!

I am sorry I meant to say "where Thaney and her husband" were in 1850 not Thaney and Greenberry. I realize Greeenberry is the kid.

Green Berry and Thaney Barnes
Hi Ginger,
Yes Thaney Barnes drives me crazy because I cannot find anything else out about her. I believe they moved to Georgia from North Carolina with the Newsomes and some people wondered if her maiden name was Newsome but I haven't seen proof, have you?. I have searched and searched and am so frusrated. I am determined to find out where she and Greenberry were when the Newsomes kept their kids in 1850. (Also when and where Thaney died.)
I think I might have messaged you and before. I will message you there. You may want to look at some things I found on the Barnes during my search.

Nephi Malphrus
I added Lillie Belle to Nephi's memorial. I also transferred Nephi's memorial to you - have been meaning to for a while but forgot. You are doing a great job on his and the other memorials!

Here is what you ask me to post

Their suggestion:
Dad: 120013429
Mom: 120013429

I think there needs to be a male involved.

RE: Gerald Boykin, Jr.
I have deleted his grandparents and connected him to his dad. Sorry it has taken so long to fix the matter.

Jasper county
Found something that may be of interest to you:

And some names of these Swiss, French and German silk-makers are still borne by numerous residents of Jasper County. They include: Maurer (modern spelling, Moorer), Kieffer, and Malphrus. An old tradition is that whenever a Malphrus moved, he made sure that his mulberry tree moved with him, as a memento of the ancestral occupation at Purrysburg. Perhaps it served as a reminder of perseverance through grim, colonizing experiences, even as it served a practical purpose; for children, as well as silkworms, have an affinity for the tree with the tart, sweet fruit.

Martha Malphrus

She's so distantly related to me, verrry distant. I've never done a transfer before, but I'll figure it out.
