Hi Danielle
There is another memorial for John, differant cemetery # 39522038. He is a 1st cousin and I am doing geneology on Ancestry. So I am confused about this, which one is correct.Yours has a photo and the other has the headstone. Also the other has him with his wife.

Thank you for your time

Danielle:

Did I send you a copy of the email that I received from Bruce Dooley at Memorial Oaks Cemetery? Seems like I did but I am not sure. If you do not have a copy, please let me know and I will forward it to you. It would also be helpful it you could get Mr. Dooley to send you a photo copy of the map of the section as to where the grave is located. This is a very large cemetery and some of the sections are quite large also.

RE: MT. Zion
I am currently in Denver but have my mom and brothers and grandmotherstill in the Spring area. Most of the people in Mt Zion are either blood relation or married into my family somehow. Sam Davis was married to Alice Sanford before he died. They are my G-G-grandparents. She was the youngest of 14 children of Richard Wesley Walters, also buried there.

RE: Hello
Hi, I checked my geneology and couldn't find even find a "Richard". Checked Google and it gave me North Zulch. Good Luck

I did check the roster in front of the cemetery and there are no more of them listed - not even his! Did you notice how unique his marker is? It really stands out and I thought it was very lovely. If I run across any more with this name, I will get in touch with you. Elaine

RE: Everett Dicks
You are very welcome, I'm glad we could do this for you. You know, I had my doubts. He was listed on the old cemetery survey, but on the new directory they have in the front of the cemetery, he was not there. I don't know why. His was the first marker we saw and it is in very good condition. I guess they just missed it. Elaine

Sorry, I live a few minutes away from the cemetery but I don't know anybody buried there.
