Laurene - Thank you so very much for the time you spent to find Elzey. He is the ancestor of my husband and we have only recently learned of him. We have very sketchy knowlege of the family, and were delighted to find this.
Thanks again, we really appreciate it. We like to fill out the family pages with photos, it makes the names and dates a little less stark.

Thank you for taking the time to research the cemetery for Dorothy Searles grave marker. Why it is missing is unknown to me. All I could suggest is to look nearby for either her husband's marker or her's to see if the cemetery has it, but not marked in the correct location. Most of my family is close together, so I suspect that it is nearby to where you searched. Thanks.
