Bio and Links
Bio Photo To all who read this bio or search my memorials please stop by and visit my dear Sister who died of Neuroblastoma, and my beloved Mother who's life was cut tragically short by ovarian cancer.

Thanks to all of you who place flowers on the above memorials. I very much appreciate it.

My family interests are: Blew, Still, Mollet, Knable, Slaughter, Wright, Phillips, Pitman, Pittman, Stephenson, Dorrell, Teeter, Lingo, Essenpreis, Allison and Hofer.

I am originally from Rome, Peoria, Illinois, USA and now reside in Seattle, King, Washington, USA. Navy veteran, USS Oriskany (CV-34), USS Dubuque (LPD 8), Helmsman, Deck Division. I love the greater northwest especially the climate, people, mountains, and the famous Public Market.

I believe family should be with family so if I have anyone under my tutelage that is related to you (and not related to me) I will gladly transfer the memorial, just ask...POLITELY.

In addition, please leave me a message if you sponsor a memorial that is under my care and I will promptly transfer the memorial to you. If you sponsor it you should be in control of it. However, if they are related to me we can discuss it as I will not transfer relation that is close to me.

(Unfortunately, if I find your request is abrupt, demanding or in any way construed to be mean, hateful or unpleasant, your request will be ignored.) There is no reason to be this way.

I find it really disrespectful not only to the military but to the service member who put their life on the line to defend our country, to not put their rank in their name. You should choose the closest to their rank if it is not listed. If you know it, list it out of respect and for recognition to those who visit the memorial.

Note: Please do not post death certificates, obituaries, funeral home announcements or bio information in the virtual flowers section. If you would like this information posted, please send it through the Edit tab and then the Suggest any other correction or addition link. Also, I support anyone who adds a photo of their ancestor to their memorial for all who stop by to view. Pictures add so much to the memorial!

Note: Feel free to use any of the photos I have provided, you do not need prior permission from me. I also do not need to be referenced in this matter unless you feel the need. I do, however, appreciate anyone that does reference me (photo by: YankeeGraver).

I've had a lot of help along the way and I appreciate each and every one of you! If not for the first family tree I received from my aunt, I would never have started this 9+ year journey I've been on.

RE: Jacob and Mary Gless
Thanks for the warm welcome. There were a couple of other Gless graves around Jacob and Mary that may be related. When I got home I discovered they were not in the database yet. Do you normally take photos of surrounding graves just in case and add them if they arenít set up yet? Iím going back later this week to look at the church records, so I can take pictures of the others if you want. They are Mathias (b. 1899, d. 1976) and Christina (b. 1899, d. 1969) and Mary A. Gless (b. 1864, d. 1939).

If you want I will transfer it to you?

Jacob Knable
Hi, In this correction you sent me for Jacob Knable, you listed his father as Jacob. The record you sent as his father's is for John Knable. Did you just make a typo?

Also, about the middle name, I may have gotten that from someone else.

Please let me know what to do??

Thanks, Rita Seeley

You're welcome. I just completed taking photos for the Garden of Apostles at Fresno Memorial Gardens. Guess I'll start a new section soon.

Yes, I did. I always take a single picture of each side of a double stone and a shot of the whole thing, just in case : D

Mabel Amelia Mollet England
Thank you so much for leaving flowers. Mabel was my great grandmother and I knew her quite well. She lived next door to me when I was growing up and shaped my life in very big ways. You mentioned having wished you had known her, I would be happy to share whatever information I am able if you would like. I would also love to learn about the Mollet family as well, it seems to be a bit of a large one.

I hope this finds you well as it seems we are cousins.

Thanks for the notification of a duplicate. I got the Sandyvale information from a book on the cemetery. I have many ancestors and cousins, etc. buried in Sandyvale. I am also related to the Knable family and very possible you. I haven't finished going down the line yet. Also, I was born in Seattle and lived their until I retired and moved away to a quieter area. Glad you love the Northwest too.
