|Karen Griffin||Alexander Curry/Margaret Curry, S. Sparta|
Alexander may have been m. to a Margaret in Ballymena, but the Margaret buried in South Sparta Cemetery was Margaret (McKay) Curry. According to her obit, she was brought to the USA by her father (John McKay) when she was very young and after her mother had died, lived with her maternal grandmother Mrs. Johnston and married Alexander in 1849. They had nine children, eight sons and one daughter, all living at the time of her death in 1912.

Since you have more information attached to your memorial, I will delete mine.

Thank you for this entry. My great-grandfather is William James Forsythe who died in Livingston County, NY in 1934. Your entry states that William was born to Rose Ann out of wedlock.
** What data did you use for this conclusion? **
It was not until today that I was able to make a link between a known Forsythe cousin of his to a Nancy Forsythe who has a sister Rose Ann. Which then led to Rose Ann's f-a-g entry.
I was a little surprised about this bit of info but I've been dancing around an Irish birth record for a William James Forsythe, mother Rose Ann, for about 2 years. With the ancestor link I made today AND finding your findagrave.com entry for Rose Ann having a son William, it seems fairly certain the path is correct. I appreciate knowing whatever evidence you have that supports Rose Ann being Williams mother.
Thank you, Karen Harmes Hendrickson

|D.J. Baker||Byersville Cem, Livingston Co, NY|
Dear Find A Grave Friend...are you well informed regarding the Byersville Cem? I only ask this because there are said to be many of the family buried there and I find no records in the Find A Grave listing. There are "some" BYERS & STONER family members listed but, as usual, I need more. I am sure some graves are un-marked, because many of this family were Mennonites, several of the family graves here (Berrien Co, MI) are un-marked. Martin, David and Tobias Byers came to MI, also John Stoner, they are all buried here in MI....Can you help me there in NY? Would be happy to help you if needed here...Happy Snow Days...we are sending you more...Daundra Baker
Are we related? Do you know Jim and Jeannie Charlesworth?

Greetings, I have deleted the duplicate for Mr. Martin. Sorry about that. I have done that a couple of times while trying to document all of Oaklawn Cemetery.

Are you sure of the middle name of this boy?
In my records it's Arundel.
At any rate he was born in 1884.
I see that I left the incorrect member name in my previous message...it is alevans, not hisps37. Sorry about that.

|alevans||John Joseph Aylward|
Hello, I want to thank you for your dedication to this project!
I was wondering where you got the information for John Joseph Aylward (Find A Grave Memorial# 61636496) such as family names, if there is no headstone. I believe this is my 2nd great-grandfather, but some of the info I have is different. This branch has been particularly difficult to trace because there was an adoption in the family. Any info you can give would be very helpful. I'm also interested because of the fact that it says there is no headstone, yet we have an application for a naval headstone, that was approved for Riverside Cemetery.
Thanks so much for any help and again for all your work and time.

|Charlet Roskovics||Baird memorials in N. Ireland|
Dear N. Charlesworth,
On October 15, using the edit tab, I requested the memorial of my 2nd great grandmother Alice (McCarroll) Baird, Find A Grave #105342059 be linked to her father, Thomas McCarroll, Find A Grave #118758058 and her mother, Nancy McCarroll, Find A Grave #118765390. I would LOVE a transfer of both Alice (McCarroll) Baird, Find A Grave #105342059, and her husband, my 2nd great grandfather, Adam Baird, Find A Grave #105341963, and have already attached a photo of Alice.
Additionally, I offered an obituary for Francis "Frank" Baird (Find A Grave #113370620) and requested a transfer for him as well. He would have been my Great Grand Uncle.
The cemetery photographs you took are marvelous! Looking forward to hearing from you.
