Deborah Ann Price(13 Sep 1817-24 Jul 1858)in married;
Samuel Turnbow 27 November 1854 and became his third wife. They had two children; Heber S Turnbow, born 13 November 1855, died 23 October 1856 and William Price Turnbow, born 24 July 1858, and died 21 October 1858. Of her 13 children, three lived to be adults and only Joseph Smith Clements dad children of his own. He is my (Nadine D Sharpe) Great, Great Grandfather. His family has increased like Jacob of Old, and has grown to great numbers fulfilling the Patriarchal Blessing of his mother. Deborah had her sealing to Joseph W broken, and she and Samuel were sealed on 1 April 1856. They seemed to find contentment in the Salt Lake 14th Ward, where Deborah and Maria Louisa Woodworth Turnbow (samuel's other wife) participated in the SLC Fourteenth Ward Relief Society Album Quilt. (Relief Society report dated 28 March 1858). Deborah Ann Price had such a rough life I think she deserves being mentioned. I have her whole story I can send you.

Yes, Oz was a nickname. I'm not sure how he got it as I know very little about him but all the family referred to him as Oz.
I would like to know more. What happened to him? Did he remarry? Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
I look forward to hearing from you

I've added some Turnbows to Loveless Cemetery in Lewis County, Tennessee you might be interested in.

Happy I could help you with the photos of Turnbow Cemetery.
I've been piddling with my family tree for a few years, but only got serious about it a few months ago. About that time I found Find A Grave. The feeling was incredible the first time I saw a photo of my gggg-grandfather's headstone (John Webb - Find A Grave Memorial# 15702353). I live in Louisiana now and whenever I get back to Tennessee I try to take as many cemetery photos as I can. Used to think I was related to half the people in Hohenwald. After working on my tree I've come to beleive I'm related to three quarters of them!
I saw in your bio your father was Kenneth. Is that the same Kenneth who was the County Clerk, then County Mayor of Lewis County, Tennessee? If so, your Dad performed the marriage for me and my wife in 1999!

thank you patrick for transferring the Find A Grave memorial for Joseph McCUBBIN

Sorry I didn't catch your message until now. Noticed you have photo requests for George Turnbow, Jr. (my grt-grt-grandad's memorial stone)& one for his son (my grt-grandad's stone) Dillahunt Turnbow.
Have just sent you more helpful information about our family cemetery, under your photo request for George Jr. If you talk to anyone in the Hohenwald, TN area, you will quickly learn there are actually a few Turnbow cemeterys in the region. However, this particular cemetery (again, i've sent you more detail about getting to it: it's location) is the "original/oldest" one, in middle Tennessee. Doubtful there are any older, in any other parts of the state, "if" there are any others in TN! If you are ever in this area, SW of Nasville, you may really enjoy exploring it. Much of the land at the cemetery, on both sides of it/Trace Creek is still in the family. Our cousin Tony Turnbow, a Nashville attorney still lives/commutes betw there & Hohenwald-where he lives. He would be the one to contact/visit if possible. He is definitely another genealogist/historian in our family. Best of wishes to you & yours always. your cousin, Steve, in Wichita Falls, TX.

Thank you Paatrick for taking these pictures. I took some of them years ago and then my computer crashed and as I live in WA state I have no idea of when I'd get back there. So thank you again. Lynn
Thanks again for all of your assistance. It's greatly appreciated. Nice to see the headstone for one of my Great Grand Aunts.

I want to also thank you for your assistance in providing pictures of these gravestones that my brother John requested. I started a "virtual cemetery" for our Henderson family line and appreciate your contributions.
