Vivian Jean Weigelt
Hi Shirley,

I saw your posting on Find A Grave. The obituary for this individual did reference Union Cemetery. That said, Vivian and her husband are not buried at Union Cemetery. When I did not find a burial, I followed up. I have been informed by the attorney that represented Ralph Weigelt's estate that Vivian and Ralph's cremains were given to "family" and that their disposition is not known.

Dear Shirley,

Thank you so much for creating and maintaining the memorial for my great grandfather's sister, Emily Genieve Goodwin McMahon. We believe that her date of birth as listed on her Texas Death Certificate as July 21, 1889 has the incorrect birth year. Her brother John Michael "Jack" Goodwin, Sr. (my great grandfather) was born in 1889 and we have his birth record. We believe Emily was born in 1886 and we have some corroborating evidence as well as family oral tradition. For example, the Pittsburgh Dispatch newspaper reported on July 22, 1891 that Emily had "a charming birthday party" to celebrate her 5th birthday which supports her birth year of 1886. Hopefully we can eventually track down an "official" birth document from either church or state. If you have time, would you please update her birth year to 1886. We really appreciate your help!

Thanks again,

Anne G.

Hi Shirley,

I found some information you may be interested in regarding George Robert Allmon (son of George John Allmon & Stella E. (Glasure) Jackson.
I made a memorial for Stella (Riverview Cem.) based on information on her death certificate, and sent an edit for his parents to both be linked to him...
Two of George Robert's daughters are alive & living in Michigan as of October 2008. I have additional information if you are interested...

Allison family
Hello Shirley ... I have been doing research on the Allison family - and I've noticed that you have posted several of their Find a Grve pages - moher and father Morris and Hulda, brothers Alton and Byron. I have also found sister Lila Allison Wright. My question though revolves around the oldest sister Lizzie G Allison Conner. I cannot find her anywhere. I'm wondering if she is located near her parents in the Union Cemetery. My interest in her comes fom a family photo from South Dakota ... a young Lizzie G Alliaon is in this photo. I am not related to her - but I would love to get this wonderful photo (circa 1910) back to the Allison family. Wondering if you can help with any info ....
