You have her place of birth as New York, but she was actually born in Harbledown, Kent, England. She arrived in New York with her parents (Thomas & Elizabeth) and siblings (including my direct ancestor, Thomas Jr) on the ship President on 8 Dec 1834. I have a screenshot of the ship's manifest page that they're on if you'd like a copy of it.

First, thanks for all you do in helping us connect with our ancestors. I'm so grateful for what you do.
Jacob Filkins Storm is my great grandfather. He was born in upper New York state, as is supported by seven U.S. Census entries beginning in 1850 and the last one in 1910. He completed the ones for 1860, 1870, 1880, 1890, 1900, and 1910 and I can assume his parents were responsible for 1850.
He was born in upper New York and not born in Maryland, as was our family's Burrell side great grand father, John Burrell.
Jacob's daughter, my grandmother Alice Storm has the same incorrect information on where Jacob Storm was born. It's unfortunate but understandable in an age that relied on grieving family member memories for information.
Hopefully, however, we can at least correct this one small error. Thanks for your help. Sally

Thank you for taking the time to photograph the headstone of Dominica and Peter for me. I truly appreciate your help. While you were out there did you notice any other Grivetti/Grevetti headstones near them? Thank you again.

I really do appreciate you getting a picture of the headstone on Harold's grave. He is in a line of the family that has been more difficult to trace and so every little bit found is that much more precious to me. Thank you for all you did. Have a nice day.

Thank you so much for posting Uncle John's memorial. I never knew him, but I am pleased to have it added to his memorial. I appreciate your good work.
