This is my great grandfather and great grandmother. thank you so much for the picture. I recently went there from Florida and could not find their headstone! It was raining and cold and I was soaking wet. Wish I would have looked it up before I went!!

Karl Hamlin
Charles William Hamlin in Civil War
Are you able to add any more information for Charles William Hamlin's Civil War experience than what is on his Find A Grave memorial #39095953 that you created and later transferred to me? See below for why this question.

Hi Karl,
An effort is being made to obtain a Civil War military marker for Charles William HAMLIN. There are several Civil War veterans at the Clayton Twp Cemetery in Arenac County who never received this prestigious recognition. We were wondering if you would be willing to help us with this and if you have his military records.
Much Obliged,

I belong the Pinconning Genealogy group and I have passed your information on to our group. Maybe we could get together sometime and sponsor a Genealogy Fair together!
