Well, I'm not sure. I don't see it on the memorial page.

Did it show up as a change on your end? I haven't seen it here yet. It was the prefix block on the name field, that you went to, right? And you selected "Pvt" from the drop-down box? It should have popped that right up for you when you went to his page since you are the manager, when you selected edit.

I'll look tomorrow and see if it ever showed up.

Thank you, and again, I appreciate all that your great-uncle did in defending our freedoms. God bless them all.

KING, Clarence at Pleasant Grove, ARK 46980759
Hello. I am a fellow volunteer here on Find A Grave. I am a big supporter of our veterans and I think they deserve to be honored upon every chance, including the small courtesy and recognition of having their military rank included on their memorials. (In the fashion of adding their rank added via the drop-down box, so that it will then appear in the title line of their memorial page)

Just wanted to ask you, would you please consider adding his rank to his memorial? It may not seem like much to a layman, but I assure you that the rank does mean something to these men, and they had to work for their achievements.

Thank you so much! I appreciate it. Best wishes for 2014.

HI
Please send an e-mail message since that would be easier than leaving messages on findagrave.
Thanks

William Jasper Evans was Susie's uncle. Susie's grandparents were Archibald Evans and Nancy Hinds.

Mary Evans Horton
That is correct. Mary Evans was youngest sister of my great-grandfather William Jasper Evans, both children of Archibald Evans and Nancy Hinds.

Horton & Evans
My connection to the King family is through Mary Evans Horton. Would like to compare notes and have lots of questions about her descendants.
Thanks
