|Pennsylvania Lady||RE: Richard Smith|
I see no problem in you using it. The family and friends of this Marine were very generous in sharing it. As long as it is being used in this way it shouldn't be a problem.

>>Hello. I am a volunteer with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, and I saw the photo you posted on his Findagrave page. We would like to use that photo on the VVMF website when people search for James's name.<<
Are you talking about Jim's picture or the picture of The Wall? Jim's picture is from Muskegon High School yearbook, class of 1964, edited by me; I personally took the one of his name on the DC Mall, and you may use it.
|Lester Letson||RE: Gerald Hendrickson|
My caption for the picture states "from VirtualWall.org site" I do not know who it was that provided the original. The copy I have saved on my PC is an enhanced, repaired, and darkened version of the digital picture. I freely share what I have on FindaGrave and I try to indicate the source when I know it.

You can just use "Judie"...most people know me already. LOL!

Just talked with my friend, the sister-in-law of Donald. She says no problem, but to give myself and Find A Grave the credit for using Donald's photo.

As long as you give a photo credit, feel free to use the photo :)
|Denny Jackson||RE: Pfc. Michael Shepherd|
Yes, it would be fine. He was a good friend and his mother and I still keep in touch. Thanks so much for asking.
|J.Sullivan||RE: Pfc. Thomas Schneider|
Yes, please use the photos.
Please indicate that they are from Find A Grave and are used with permission of J.Sullivan.
For the yearbook photo, also please use this part of the caption:
His photo from the 1967 Richmond Senior High School "Pierian" Yearbook. Provided by the Morrisson-Reeves Library in Richmond, Indiana to post to his memorial on Find A Grave.
You have my permission to use his person photograph, but if you want to use his headstone photo you will have to contact the person who posted it. (I am not sure if you meant the headstone picture too.)

|Allen D. Jackson, USAF (Ret)||RE: Gary Lynn Tinker|
Good News!!! I've found Gary's wife and son here in Jonesborough TN. Actually less then a mile form my house as the crow flys. I spoke with a relative at the home since Gary Jr and his mom weren't home. I left a card for him to call me once he gets home. I don't even have your name. Would you like me to give them a message for you? Also, if they agree I can send you their address after I speak with them and hopefully get some better pictures of Gary. In Your Service, Allen
