Walnut Street Cemetery
I have a question that you may or may not know the answer to... My great great grandfather & his brother's death records show "Brookline C.C." for the place of burial. Do you know if that is what is now called Walnut Street Cemetery? I live in northern NJ and in a couple of weeks my mother & I will be making a trip up there in search of my great great grandparents graves. This part of the family has been quite a challenge. I only have a couple of days up there so the less wandering I do the better. I appreciate any guidance you can give me!

David Cowhig
Dear Kate,

I notice that the photo request you've made for David Cowhig has been claimed already. Do you know where he died? If you don't have an obituary and there was one listed in either the Falmouth Enterprise or Cape Cod Times, I'd be happy to look it up on microfilm if you could look up two for me!

I'm looking for obituaries for:

1. ROBERT F. STEPHENSON, born in New York on 07 April 1915 and died in Denison on 07 Jul 1995.

2. WANDA PAULINE (CONDON) STEPHENSON (his wife) died 17 Dec 2003, also in Denison. I have reason to believe Wanda has an obituary printed in the Sherman Herald Democrat.

Cheers,

I can't read the close up of what the headstone says under his name. Any way you could transcribe it and send it to me? Thanks for the photos. Always amazing to find headstones going back this far. Thank you.

Hi Kate, did you see that I also found James David Whigham's parents? I added them so that I could post the pictures, I will transfer them to you if you'd like. Just let me know...:)
