I was born and raised in Idaho County, Idaho. I have been doing genealogy for about 16 years now and enjoy searching for my family and also in helping others.
I am a volunteer for the Idaho GenWeb Project and am the webmistress for three counties: Idaho, Lewis and NezPerce. Visit my sites
I have all of the cemetery listings for Idaho county on the Idaho County Genweb site. Some are out of date, but I have updated records on my computer and you can contact me anytime for help.
These records have been put together through years of hard work by myself and other fellow researchers/historians.
I do have a little pet peeve . . . don't put other people's research on find-a-grave without at least asking permission. Or at least give the person credit that did the actual work! (smile)

RE: Matilda Self
Penny hi again thanks. I have looked for both her and her husband, James Davis Self who died before her sometime after 1830. It is too bad the records have been lost but I understand and appreciate your help

RE: Catharine Polite Farris
You are very welcome. That is why I do this. The historical society of Wilson county, Ks has a lot of the obits published in their county newspapers on file. They may have your greatgrandmother's on file. You can email them or call them and they will send you a copy for a small fee. They do have a website. Let me know if I can be more help.
