It looks like 5 Iyyar 5677 which would be April 27 1917.
the inscription: Our eyes flow with water because the crown of our head has fallen our elderly father who was loved by all ( a few words are not readable)
Julia Kimball Silver Clary I also did adjust her year of birth & location. I do agree she seems to be a little older than the records suggest she is. I generally honor whatever is inscribed on thier marker unless it is an obvious error. I may readjust it later to whatever it says when I get photo for her.
