I am retired from the Oil & Gas Industry in Houston.
Genealogy has given me a different perspective on family and on time. I have become a lot more aware of the hardships and difficulties of my ancestors and have a deep appreciation of their gifts. I'm happy to be able to share the lives of those who have gone before me. I hope I do them honor with the words I write as I discover who they were. =========================
~*~THANK YOU so very much for reading about my great aunt Annie. I hope you will leave flowers for her. Her story is sad but may inspire you with the hardships and incredible strength of those who came before us. Her family, my Great Grandparents, had to be extremely tough people to survive this type tragedy and I can only imagine their suffering. I share this story not for sorrow but for strength. Thank you so much for remembering Annie~*~ ღϠ₡ღ✻(¯`✻´¯)ღϠ₡ღ✻
